| 摘要 自身免疫性脑炎(AE)是一类由抗体介导或抗体相关的中枢神经系统自身免疫性疾病，可表现为精神行为异常、癫痫发作、认知障碍等，尽管急性期的症状可能较重，但对免疫治疗反应良好，早期积极的治疗有助于改善预后。本文就AE的诊断及治疗做一阐述。 |

| Abstract Autoimmune encephalitis (AE) is a group of antibody-mediated or antibody-associated autoimmune disorders of the central nervous system, characterized by psychiatric symptoms, seizures, cognitive impairment, and other neurological manifestations. Although acute-phase symptoms can be severe, AE typically responds well to immunotherapy, and early aggressive treatment is crucial for improving prognosis. This article reviews the current understanding of the diagnosis and management of AE. |
