| 目的：探讨百草枯中毒的临床特点及治疗措施,提高对本病的认识。方法：回顾分析我院百草枯中毒成功救治1例的临床资料。结果：患者因自服百草枯20ml后6小时入院,经积极洗胃、CRRT、利尿导泻等治疗后患者康复出院。患者服毒时将百草枯时与乳类饮品混合后服下,UPLC-MS分析提示乳类饮品与百草枯混合导致沉淀,可降低百草枯浓度。结论：乳类饮品与百草枯混合可导致百草枯毒性减低,可能有一定治疗作用。 |
| EN Abstract: |
| Purpose:To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of paraquat poisoning. Method: Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of a successful cases of paraquat poisoning in our hospital. Result:the patient were admitted to hospital for 6 hours after having 20ml paraquat.with the treatment method of gastric lavage,diuretic, purgative,the patient discharged from hospital. He had mixed paraquat and milk beverage because of the terrible tatst.By PLC-MS analysis it was indicated that the mixture of milk beverage and paraquat may reduce the concentration of paraquat Conclusion: the mixture of milk beverage and paraquat may lead to the decrease of paraquat toxicity, which may have some therapeutic effect. |
