          目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者骨量异常及其影响因素。方法 选取2014年3月-2014年11月我院确诊2型糖尿病的住院患者120例作为糖尿病组,同时选取健康体检者60例为正常对照组,测量身高、体重,计算体重指数(BMI),检测糖化血红蛋白,并采用双能X线骨密度仪检测骨密度,进行统计学分析。结果 糖尿病组患者合并骨量异常比例明显高于正常对照组;相关分析显示,2型糖尿病患者的 BMD 与年龄、HbA1c 、噻唑烷二酮呈负相关,与体重指数、胰岛素、二甲双胍呈正相关。结论 良好的血糖控制、合理用药能减少2型糖尿病患者骨质疏松的发生。
    EN Abstract:
          Objective To explore the factors affecting bone mass in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Selected 120 cases diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from 2014 March -2014November as diabetic group, and 60 healthy subjects were selected as normal control group, measured height, weight, body mass index (BMI), tested glycosylated hemoglobin, and detected bone density by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry, then statistical analysis. Results The proportion of patients with bone abnormalities in diabetic group were significantly higher than normal control group. Correlation analysis showed, in patients with type 2 diabetes , BMD was negatively correlated with age, HbA1c, thiazolidone , and was positively correlated with BMI, insulin, metformin. Conclusion Good glycemic control and rational use of drugs can reduce the incidence of osteoporosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
