| 摘要 造血干细胞移植是治疗血液系统恶性肿瘤、骨髓衰竭性疾病、先天性免疫缺陷及部分遗传代谢性疾病的核心手段之一。感染是影响移植患者预后的首要挑战，病房的医院感染防控水平直接关系到移植成败。当前，移植病房感染防控面临病原谱复杂且耐药形势严峻、硬件条件差异显著、新型抗感染药物整合应用缺乏规范、多学科协作机制亟待完善等多重挑战。国家重大公共卫生事件医学中心、湖北省预防医学会医院感染预防与控制分会、湖北省性学会医院感染控制专业委员会联合国内血液、感染管理、微生物及消毒等多学科专家，基于国内外循证医学证据，并结合中国临床实践特点形成本共识，旨在为各级医疗机构提供实用且有效的造血干细胞移植病房感染预防与控制措施，降低医院感染的发生。 |

| Abstract Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is a cornerstone therapeutic modality for hematological malignancies, bone marrow failure disorders, congenital immunodeficiencies, and certain inherited metabolic diseases. Infection remains the foremost challenge influencing the prognosis of transplant recipients, and the level of healthcare-associated infection (HAI) prevention and control in transplant wards is directly associated with transplant success. Currently, HAI prevention and control in transplant wards faces multiple challenges, including a complex pathogen spectrum coupled with a severe antimicrobial resistance landscape, marked disparities in infrastructural capacity, a lack of standardized integration of novel antimicrobial drugs, and an urgent need to strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration. To address these issues, National Medical Center for Major Public Health Events,the healthcare-associated infection prevention and control branch of the preventive medicine association of Hubei province, together with the healthcare-associated infection control committee of the Hubei provincial sexology association, convened multidisciplinary experts from hematology, infection management, microbiology, and disinfection. Drawing upon global evidence-based medical evidence and the clinical practice in China, this consensus was developed to provide practical and effective measures for the prevention and control of HAI in hematopoietic stem cell transplant wards, with the ultimate goal of reducing the incidence of HAI. |
