| Abstract The treatment of immune-mediated glomerular diseases has entered a new era with the advent of biologic therapies. Based on the Chinese Expert Consensus on Biologic Therapy for Immune-Mediated Glomerular Diseases and the clinical practice guidelines for glomerular diseases issued by Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO), this review systematically summarizes the classification and molecular targets of biologic agents. It further discusses recent advances in the application of biologic therapies in common immune-mediated glomerular diseases, with the aim of providing guidance for clinical practice. |
