| 摘要 当前我国糖尿病患者的血糖整体控制水平仍有较大提升空间。血糖达标率不理想，多与降糖药物单药疗效有限、治疗过程中不良反应明显，以及治疗方案过于复杂导致患者用药依从性偏低密切相关。采用机制互补的降糖药物联合方案，既能进一步提升降糖效果，又能减少药物不良反应，有助于患者实现并维持个体化血糖控制目标。基础胰岛素/GLP-1RA固定比例复方制剂（FRC）1次注射可同时给予两种机制互补的降糖药物，协同纠正2型糖尿病（T2DM）多重病理生理缺陷，在显著改善血糖的同时，能一定程度上减少单药治疗时可能出现的不良反应（如低血糖、体重增加），并且简化治疗方案。 |

| Abstract There remains significant room for improvement in the overall glycemic control of patients with diabetes in China. The suboptimal rate of glucose target attainment is closely associated with the limited efficacy of monotherapy, prominent adverse reactions during treatment, and poor medication adherence due to overly complex regimens. Combination therapy involving glucose-lowering drugs with complementary mechanisms can further enhance glucose-lowering efficacy while reducing adverse effects, thereby assisting patients in achieving and maintaining individualized glycemic targets. The fixed-ratio combination (FRC) of basal insulin and GLP-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RAs), administered via a single injection, delivers two mechanistically complementary agents simultaneously. This approach synergistically targets multiple pathophysiological defects in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). It significantly improves glycemic control while mitigating adverse events associated with monotherapy, such as hypoglycemia and weight gain, and simplifies the treatment regimen. |
