          摘要 血液恶性肿瘤患者因疾病本身及治疗过程导致的免疫功能严重受损,血流感染发生率高,且病死率显著升高,已成为临床治疗中的主要难题。本文系统综述血液恶性肿瘤患者血流感染的发病机制、病原学特征、耐药情况以及相关炎症标志物和预测模型的研究进展,旨在为临床诊疗和感染管理提供科学依据,推动精准抗感染策略的实施。

          Abstract Patients with hematological malignancies are highly susceptible to bloodstream infections (BSIs) due to profound immunosuppression caused by both the disease itself and treatment-related factors. BSI in this population are associated with high incidence and significantly increased mortality, representing a major challenge in clinical management. This review systematically summarizes recent advances in the pathogenesis, pathogen distribution, antimicrobial resistance, as well as related inflammatory biomarkers and predictive models of BSI in patients with hematological malignancies, aiming to provide a scientific basis for clinical diagnosis, treatment, and infection management, and to promote the implementation of precision anti-infective strategies.
