          摘要 重症感染病情变化快、治疗窗窄,对临床救治的及时性和精准性要求极高。近年来,人工智能(AI)技术的快速发展为重症感染性疾病的早期预警、精准诊断和治疗决策提供了新的技术路径。本文系统综述AI技术在重症感染救治中的应用现状,涵盖早期预警模型、治疗决策支持、智慧重症平台建设等核心方向,并以同济“灵·感”重症感染智慧诊疗平台为典型案例,总结AI辅助重症感染的临床成效与面临的挑战,展望人工智能技术在重症感染性疾病救治中的应用前景。

          Abstract Severe infections are characterized by rapid progression and a narrow therapeutic window, placing extremely high demands on the timeliness and precision of clinical treatment. In recent years, the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has provided novel technical pathways for the early warning, precise diagnosis, and therapeutic decision-making of critical infectious diseases. This article systematically reviews the current applications of AI in the management of severe infections, covering core areas such as early warning models, treatment decision support, and the construction of smart intensive care platforms. Using the Tongji "Ling·Gan" Intelligent Diagnosis and Treatment Platform for Severe Infections as a typical case, we summarize the clinical efficacy of AI-assisted treatment for severe infections, discuss the challenges encountered, and prospect future directions for AI application in this field.
