          摘要 脓毒症是临床常见急危重症,其诱发的多器官功能障碍是导致重症患者死亡的重要原因。肝脏是脓毒症损伤最常累及的靶器官之一,而肠-肝轴紊乱在脓毒症相关肝损伤的发生发展中发挥关键驱动作用。本文系统阐述肠-肝轴的生理基础、脓毒症相关肝损伤状态下肠-肝轴紊乱的核心病理机制、关键信号通路与分子介质,并总结相关靶向干预策略,旨在为脓毒症相关肝损伤的机制研究与临床防治提供新思路与理论依据。

          Abstract Sepsis is a common critical illness in clinical practice, and sepsis-induced multiple organ dysfunction is a major cause of death in critically ill patients. The liver is one of the most frequently affected target organs during sepsis. Dysregulation of the gut-liver axis plays a pivotal driving role in the onset and progression of sepsis-associated liver injury (SALI). This article systematically elaborates the physiological basis of the gut-liver axis, the core pathological mechanisms, key signaling pathways and molecular mediators underlying gut-liver axis disturbance in SALI, and summarizes relevant targeted intervention strategies. It aims to provide novel ideas and theoretical evidence for mechanistic research, clinical prevention and treatment of SALI.
