          摘要 我国神经功能障碍患者基数庞大,传统以病因治疗、常规康复为主的诊疗模式对重度神经通路损伤患者的疗效已进入平台期。脑机接口(BCI)技术作为直接实现大脑与外部设备信息交互的前沿技术,打破了外周神经肌肉通路的限制,推动神经外科诊疗模式从“对症治疗”向“智能功能重建与全程管理”深度转型。本文将临床实践与国内外最新循证证据结合,系统梳理BCI技术在运动功能保护与修复、听觉功能保护与重建、语言解码与功能恢复、视觉功能重建四大核心领域的临床应用现状,分析其临床转化的核心瓶颈,并对未来发展方向进行展望,为BCI技术在神经功能康复中的规范化临床应用提供参考。

          Abstract Given the enormous population of patients with neurological dysfunction in China, traditional diagnostic and therapeutic models centered on etiological treatment and conventional rehabilitation have reached a plateau in efficacy for those with severe neural pathway injuries. Brain-computer interface (BCI) technology, a cutting-edge approach that establishes a direct information pathway between the brain and external devices, bypasses the limitations of peripheral neuromuscular pathways and drives a profound paradigm shift in neurosurgical practice from "symptomatic treatment" to "intelligent functional reconstruction and whole-process management". Drawing on the clinical practice of our center and the latest evidence from both domestic and international sources, this article systematically reviews the current clinical applications of BCI technology in four core domains: motor function protection and restoration, auditory function protection and reconstruction, speech decoding and functional recovery, and visual function reconstruction. It further analyzes the key bottlenecks hindering clinical translation and provides an outlook on future development directions, aiming to offer a reference for the standardized clinical application of BCI technology in neurological function rehabilitation.
