| 摘要 gG4相关性疾病(IgG4-RD)是一种罕见的自身免疫性疾病，其发病机制目前见解纷呈，但仍谜题待解，这向该病的临床管理抛出了巨大的难题，给患者和社会带来了沉重的医疗和经济负担。近年来，在临床工作和众多研究中发现部分IgG4-RD患者存在过敏史和“过敏样”实验室表现，这为IgG4-RD发病机制和治疗策略的研究提供了新的思路。本文分别从临床症状、发病机制、诊断与治疗3个方面来综述IgG4-RD和过敏之间的关系，旨在为IgG4-RD进一步的机制研究提供资料和依据。 |

| Abstract IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) is a rare autoimmune disorder with an unclear pathogenesis.Currently, there are diverse opinions on it, but the question remains unanswered, posing significant challenges to clinical management of the disease and imposing a heavy medical and economic burden on patients and society. In recent years, clinical observations and numerous studies have identified that some IgG4-RD patients have a history of allergy and "allergic-like" laboratory findings, providing novel insights into the pathogenesis and therapeutic strategies of IgG4-RD. This article reviews the association between IgG4-RD and allergy from the perspectives of clinical symptoms, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment, aiming to provide information and a basis for further mechanism research on IgG4-RD. |
