| 目的 探讨暴发性l型糖尿病的患病状况和临床特点。 方法 回顾性分析2010年1月~2015年4月我院收治的7例暴发性1型糖尿病的临床和实验室资料。 结果 暴发性l型糖尿病患者平均年龄30.8岁,平均病程2.3天,平均随机血糖水平46.4mmol/L,平均 HbA1c 6.6%,起病后迅速进展至酮症酸中毒。 结论 暴发性1型糖尿病起病急骤,代谢异常严重,胰岛β细胞严重受损,易合并多脏器功能损害,应引起临床重视。 |

| 【】 Objective To study the clinical characteristic and treatment with seven cases of fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus. Methods Clinical and laboratory data of seven fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus patients in from January 2010 to April 2015 were reported and analyzed. Results The mean age of the patients of fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus is 30.8 years old, and the mean duration from the first hyperglycemic symptoms to first clinic visit was 2.3 d, the mean random plasma glucose level was 46.4 mmol/L, and the mean HbA1c level was 6.6％. Conclusion Fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus patients have clinical feathers of abrupt onset,severe metabolic disorder,impaired islet β-cell function, multiple organ impairment, which ask all medical practitioners to pay more attention. |
