| 【】目的 探索Hippo信号通路中的关键基因YAP1在大鼠脓毒血症中的表达情况, 为后期进一步研究奠定基础。方法 9只SD大鼠随机分配为正常组、假手术组、脓毒血症组(n=3),通过CLP法构建大鼠脓毒血症；采用用免疫组化、qRT-PCR、Western Blot 技术检测关键因子YAP1的表达情况。结果 建模48h后,与正常组和假手术组相比,在脓毒血症组大鼠肝脏组织中YAP1在基因以及蛋白表达水平增加(p<0.05)。 结论 HIPPO信号通路可能参与脓毒血症过程。 |

| 【abstract】objective To investigate the expression of YAP on sepsis in rat and establish the base of the further research. Methods 9 SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal group, sham operated group and sepsis group (n=3)，which were constructed by CLP method. The expression of YAP on liver of rats with sepsis were measured using immunochemistry，qRT-PCR and western blot. Result The expression level of YAP1 increased significantly in sepsis group, compared with normal group and sham operated group on 48h of sepsis（p<0.05）. Conclusion HIPPO Signal pathway maybe involved in sepsis process. |
